All project deposits are non-refundable. This secures your spot in our workflow and allows us to allocate time, talent, and resources to your brand experience.

We understand that circumstances may shift. In select cases, partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis. However, any strategy documents, creative work, or digital assets produced during the engagement will remain the sole property of Broken Chain Marketing, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Project Fulfillment

Once we begin working together, fulfillment will follow the outlined scope, timeline, and deliverables specified in your proposal or agreement. Clear checkpoints, drafts, and revisions will be built into the process to ensure alignment at every phase.

Your satisfaction is important to us. If at any point you have concerns or need to pause the project, we ask that you communicate with us in writing as soon as possible so we can address it collaboratively.
